Bedroom

  • Dusting From Top to Bottom

  • Wipe Down Dressers, Night Tables, Headboard, Bed Frame, Entertainment Center

  • Mirrors Cleaned

  • Remove Trash

  • Change Sheets, Make Bed (*Upon Request)

  • Disinfect & Sanitize

  • Sweep and/or Vacuum Floors, Area Rugs

  • Mop Floor (If Hardwood or Neutral)

Bedroom

Bathroom

  • Remove and Vacuum Bath Matts

  • Collect & Remove Trash

  • Dusting From Top to Bottom

  • Vacuum Excess Dust, Debris, Hairs

  • Wipe Door(s), Door Frame(s), Mouldings

  • Disinfect & Sanitize

  • Mop Floor, Replace Matts

Shower:

  • Rinse Shower Area and Doors with Warm/Hot Water

  • Degrease, Sanitize, Scrub Shower Area (Target Scum, Mold, Build Up)

    • Remove Build Up in Shower Head(s), Faucet(s)

    • Clean, Polish Shower Head, Faucets, Hardware

    • Dry Completely

Bathtub/Jacuzzi:​

  • Degrease, Sanitize, Scrub Tub

  • Scrub Faucet(s), Jet(s), All Hardware

  • Dry Completely

Sink/Vanity:

  • Remove Personal Items, Clear Counter Space

  • Scrub Counter, Back Splash, Sink Bowl, Faucet & Aerator, Handles with Soapy Sponge and Crevice Brush

  • Polish Faucets, Handles, Hardware, Drains

  • Dry Completely

  • Clean Mirror(s) of Streaks, Sumdges, Water Spots

Toilet:

  • Apply Cleaner, Scrub Stained Areas, Let sit 3 Minutes

  • Clean, Sanitize Tank, Rim, Seat, Lid, Handle, Base

  • Flush Toilet, Dry Completely

Kitchen

  • Dusting From Top to Bottom

  • Cabinets Wiped, Degreased, Shined

  • Wipe Down, Degrease, Disinfect, Shine Counter(s) Back Splash, All Kitchen Appliances

  • Disinfect & Sanitize

  • Remove Trash and Recycling

  • Sweep and Vacuum Floors, Area Rugs

  • Mop Floor

Stove Ventilation:​

  • Remove Ventilation Filter(s), Degrease and Clean, Set Aside

  • Remove Grease From Vent Interior/Exterior and Surrounding Areas

  • Polish Vent and Replace Clean Parts

Gas Stove:​

  • Remove Stove Grates/Caps, Place in Safe Receptacle to Soak in Degreaser for 5-10 Minutes, Scrub Clean

  • Remove and Clean Gas Knobs, Distributors, Set Aside

  • Degrease, Clean, Polish Stove Top, Let Dry

  • Replace Cleaned Parts

Electric Stove:

  • Remove and Clean Gas Knobs, Set Aside

  • Degrease, Remove Stuck On Build-Up from Stove Top

  • Clean and Polish Stove Top

  • Replace Cleaned Parts

Microwave:

  • Remove Rotating Plate and Parts, Clean, Set Aside

  • Scrub Inside of Microwave with Soapy Sponge, Dry

  • Replace Cleaned Parts

  • Clean and Polish Exterior

Oven Interior (*Additional Service):

  • Remove Racks, Place in Safe Receptacle to Soak in Degreaser for 5-10 Minutes, Scrub Clean

  • Apply Degreaser to Interior and Glass Window, Scrub, Let Sit 5-10 Minutes

  • Remove Degreaser, Clean, Replace Cleaned Parts

  • Clean and Polish Exterior

Refrigerator Interior (*Additional Service):

  • Fridge May Be Pulled Out Before Company Arrival to Clean Behind, Sweep Out the Floor Underneath

  • Remove Food and Condiments

  • Remove Shelving and Drawers, Scrub with Soapy Sponge, Clean, Dry, Set Aside

  • Scrub Interior, Door Jams, Gaskets with Brush and Soapy Sponge, Remove Scum, Build Up, Clean, Dry

  • Replace Cleaned Parts, Replace Food and Condiments

  • Clean and Polish Exterior

Dishwasher:

  • Scrub Exterior, Door Jams, Gaskets with Brush and Soapy Sponge

  • Clean and Polish Exterior

Sink:

  • Scrub Basin, Faucet, Handles with Soapy Sponge and Crevice Brush

  • Remove Calcium Build-Up from Faucet Aerator

  • Polish Faucets, Handles, Basin, Drains

  • Dry Completely​

Dining Room

  • Dusting From Top to Bottom

  • Clean and Wipe Down Tables, Chairs, Furniture

  • Disinfect & Sanitize

  • Remove Seats Sweep and Vacuum Floors, Area Rugs, Under Table

  • Mop Floor (If Hardwood or Neutral)​

Living Room/Den/Basement

  • Dusting From Top to Bottom

  • Fold Blankets, Fluff Pillows

  • Organize Appliances, Household Items

  • Wipe Down Furniture, Entertainment Center

Sofa/Love Seat:

  • Remove Cushions, Vacuum Debris, Crevices

  • Wipe Down, Vacuum Cushions

  • Replace Cleaned Cushions

  • Disinfect and/or Polish (If Leather)

Door Frames/Moldings:

  • Dusted, Wiped & Scrubbed When Necessary

Pet Beds:​

  • Vacuum, Remove Feasible Amount of Pet Hair

Walls:

  • Remove Stains, Spots, Marks

  • Wipe Down Top to Bottom When Necessary

Floor:

  • Sweep and Vacuum, Dispose of Any Debris & Trash

  • Thoroughly Vacuum Carpeted Areas

  • Mop With Warm Water and Sanitizing/Polishing Solution for Specific Floor Type, Let Dry
